ocr: Education is compulsory. After reforms in 1991 and 1992,fees were introduced for primary and secondary education. Schooling is based on the British system andinstruction is in English. The emphasis is now on vocational training to create a work force with the slalls in agriculture, medicine and engieenng that Zimbabwe needs.
